My husband bought me several jars of Derivan Liquid Pencil for Christmas. I had previously bought a little sample package of the liquid pencil in small tubes, and discovered that I absolutely love this stuff. Liquid pencil is great for paintings/drawings and I have been using it to antique my sculptures too. And graphite is sparkly, especially in sunlight! 8) (i like sparkly things)
The little painting above is Baba Yaga’s hut. It is on Strathmore 140 lb. cold press watercolor paper. 5 x 7 inches. I would rather have some hot press watercolor paper, but I will have to wait and order some online. All the local stores seem to avoid hot press watercolor paper like it has the plague.
